1. ZA Bank Customers (“Customer”) are eligible to join the Promotion.
2. The Customer will be invited to participate the Promotion via Email, Push & Inbox sent by ZA Bank. Customers can also check the eligible quest in More -> ZA Quest under ZA Bank App.
3. The Customer can get a capsule after completion of each quest. The rewards under each quest may not be the same and it may contains:
3.1. 1 randomized ZA Bank character skin;
3.2. ZA Coin reward;
3.3. Cash reward ;
3.4. Rate-up coupon reward;
3.5. Rate-down coupon reward
The Customer can check the rewards of quests in ZA Quest.
4. The Customer shall draw and collect rewards within 30 days after completion of each quest. Expired and uncollected rewards shall not be reissued.
5. ZA Coin Reward:
This reward is only applicable to the Customer who has successfully linked ZA bank account to ZA Coin, a third-party reward scheme operated by ZA International Financial Services Limited (“ZAIF”).
ZA Coin earned from quest shall be credited to the Customer’s ZA Coin account operated by ZAIF within short amount of time. ZA Bank will use its best endeavour to provide the necessary information to ZAIF to facilitate this purpose, however ZA Bank makes no warranty that the ZA Coins earned will be accurately credited to ZA Coin account operated by ZAIF and accepts no liability for failure or delay in the crediting of ZA Coin to the Customer’s ZA Coin account for any reason beyond ZA Bank’s control.
ZA Coin can be redeemed to cash in ZA Bank App at a rate of 100 ZA Coins = HKD 1. Upon successful redemption, the cash will be deposited to the Customers’ ZA Bank HKD savings account instantly. The monthly cash redemption amount is capped at HKD 10,000. Terms and Conditions of ZA Coin apply for redemption. For details, please visit coin.za.group. ZA Bank is not obliged to notify the Customer of any changes or latest announcements of ZAIF.
6. Cash Reward:
Cash reward will be credited to the Customer’s ZA Bank savings account within 3 working days after the Customer collect the reward.
The status of the Customer’s account with ZA Bank remains valid and active. If his/her account is closed, ZA Bank has the right to forfeit the cash reward without prior notice, and no reward will be credited to any other account or through any other means until the status of such account is back to normal.
7. Rate-up coupon Reward:
7.1. The Customer will receive a Rate-up Coupon in the ZA Bank account.
7.2. The maximum deposit, period & interest rate of Rate-up coupon shall refer to respective quest or coupon description.
7.3. The Rate-up Coupon applies a promotional interest rate to time deposits placed by the Customers in their ZA Bank account. The additional interest rate is specified on the Rate-up Coupon and is applied on top of ZA Bank’s basic time deposit annual interest rate.
7.4. The Rate-up Coupon shall expire after 14 days from the date of coupon issued.
7.5. No Rate-up Coupon will be reissued after expiry.
7.6. The Rate-up Coupon can be used once only and cannot be transferred to others, converted to cash or other products or used with other vouchers.
8. Rate-down coupon Reward:
8.1. The Customer will receive a Rate-down Coupon in the ZA Bank account.
8.2. The eligible loan amount requirement, period & discount rate of Rate-down coupon shall refer to respective quest or coupon description.
8.3. The discounted monthly flat rate will be rounded down to two decimal places.
8.4. Rate-down coupon will be valid for 5 calendar days from the date of receiving.
8.5. The Coupon can only be used once for one personal instalment loan application for the Loan. The Coupon will be written off after the Loan have successful drawn down.
9. All rewards cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged or converted into other form, unless otherwise specified.
10. ZA Bank reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the Promotion, the reward, and to amend or revise any of these T&Cs from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
11. In case of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these terms and conditions or any communications, the decision of ZA Bank is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The rewards cannot be rewarded/used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other.

14. These T&Cs are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
15. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
